Should I cover my grill?

Yes, you should cover your grill in
order to maintain full, vibrant colours and to avoid fading of any kind.

What size propane tank should I use for my grill?

Depends on what size grill you have. Our
small, portable gas grills require a 16oz (1lbs) propane tank where our large
gas grills require 320oz (standard 20lbs) size propane tank.

What type of gas should I use for my gas grill?

LPG (Propane)

Can I hook up natural gas to my propane grill?

Yes you can! As long as you purchase the
correct natural gas conversion kit.

What is the best way to light a charcoal bbq?

Using a BBQ lighter and evenly ignite
the charcoal bricks until the charcoal begins to glow. If you are still having
troubles, you can use a steel charcoal chimney accessory. It helps in speeding
up the progress as well.

How do I store charcoal?

Store your charcoal in the cool, dry
space with the bag tightly closed.

What should I do with used charcoal?

When you are done cooking with your
charcoal, make sure your charcoal bricks are completely cooled down. Once
cooled down, you can slowly and carefully pour water or sand on the charcoal.
Once all cooled, you can dispose of your ashes into a metal garbage can or
bucket.

How do I clean my stainless-steel cooking grids?

The best way to clean your cooking grids
is while they are still hot and with a wire bbq cleaning brush.

Can I have my grill assembled at purchase/delivery?

No. Our grills require minimal assembly.

What causes uneven heat while cooking?

The outdoor weather conditions play a
part. Temperature settings for each burner. And the cleanliness of your bbq
racks make a difference.

Can I use my grill in rain or snow?

Yes you can! As a Canadian BBQ company,
we believe that you can grill in any weather condition.

In the end, it is fully your preference.
We suggest doing a bit of research on both charcoal and propane grills to see
what fit is best for you. There is not one that is better than the other in our
minds, it is completely up to you and what your cooking preference and style
is.
